This our core program that caters for absolute beginners to seasoned fighters. Everyone trains together in a safe, friendly and supervised environment. The emphasis on these sessions is on learning correct techniques while getting a solid workout at the same time.
Advanced Muaythai sessions focus on the skill development required for competition. Training will include sparring, clinching, and hard pad/bag rounds.
To attend this session, it’s recommended that you:
• Have at least 6 months of Muaythai experience
• Are reasonably comfortable holding freestyle pad rounds
• Are prepared to train at a high effort and intensity level
Active fighters (Amateur & Pro) are required to run or skip from 5:00pm sharp.
Muaythai can empower and build self-confidence. Specifically designed for all women regardless of age, body type, fitness level and experience. Our sessions are a welcoming and supportive space for anyone who wants to learn or improve their Muaythai skills, get fit and meet like-minded people.
Combining fitness, self-defence and real world martial arts into a training program that boost motor skills, fitness and discipline. Develop qualities like trust, cohesion, self-accountability, and confidence. We can’t protect our kids from everything that life throws at them, but we can make them strong.
